Created in 1981, our domain now cultivates 10 hectares of vines spread throughout 6 communes of the famous “Côte de Beaune“ : POMMARD, SAVIGNY-LES-BEAUNE, AUXEY-DURESSES, CHOREY-LES-BEAUNE, LADOIX, BOURGOGNE.
From these vineyards we produce a number of red wines, some white wines as well as a Bourgogne rosé.
We Avoid using chemical fertilizers, apply the technique of cluster thinning and harvest the grapes by hand.
Once they arrive at the winery, our bunches of Pinot Noir are carefully sorted and 100% destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place thanks to natural yeasts from the terroir and in order to extract the maximum material, maceration lasts over twenty days.
Once pressed, our wines are funneled into oaks barrels for a period of 12 to 18 months. During this time, they are aged on the lees so as to encourage the expression of their aromas as well as finesse and fullness.
